Registered users will have access to the following information once registered on the Mobile App: APP REGISTRATION
- Top up pre-paid electricity
- View historic top-ups
- View consumption of the past 7 days=
- View hourly consumption for the last 24 hours
- Balance on meter (kWh)
- Estimated date of kWh depletion
Not a Smart metering client?
Full access to the MidCity Utilities Portal.
Registered users will be able to access:
- Account Analyses per consumption category, e.g. electricity, water and sanitation
- Account Balances
- Downloadable Copies of Statements/Invoices
- Transactions and Receipts
- Documents
- Updating Details
